The host couple were pleasant and helpful. Great English breakfast and more. Excellent location in a quiet neighbourhood, just a quarter‑hour walk from the centre. The bathroom sink could have been a bit wider ;-)

Very clean, close to the centre, parking available. Nothing else to note.

Joanna, the landlady of the hotel, was so warm and welcoming. We had a laugh with her and we felt you could tell her anything. She's the type that would do anything to make your stay even better. The breakfast was superb, tea was Yorkshire so guaranteed to be great! My husband had the coffee and he said it was good and strong. The room was quite small, but it was adequate for us as we were only staying for 1 night. It still had a king-size bed though!
