The service was very friendly; we booked a room with dinner and breakfast in the room and everything was very good, but I expected more from the room with the thermal bath.

The place was spotlessly clean and the staff were very polite and friendly. They respect their culture deeply and take the time to explain things to you, and they try their best with English too, though I kept Google Translate handy.
