The location is great and the property is fantastic. The staff are very courteous and the rooms come with plenty of amenities. We loved our stay.

“Average stay.”

The staff were friendly and cooperative, trying hard to satisfy everyone. We stayed in room 311, which had fungus on the walls and cupboards, and the room smelled.

The location is great and the rooms are very clean. The staff treated my parents so well that they felt very special. They really enjoyed their two‑day stay and loved the breakfast, especially the variety. I highly recommend this property! Nothing negative.

The buffet breakfast tasted nice but two members have upset stomach. So not sure. 3 members of our family have stomach related complaints, starting from the kid falling sick after a few hours in the hotel and then two adults suffering from stomach issues. I think they often given RO water in room bottles. One of the days in the lunch it felt that the vegetables were not washed well. They have a strange rule of not giving water bottles on the check out date

“Wrong choice to the stay, I thought due to brand and and product could have been better but sheer disappointment”

There isn’t much to praise; the only point is that the place isn’t new, so it lacks freshness. The location and pricing are much higher than the service provided, and the staff are not well‑mannered.
