“Perfect place”

Everything! The room was beautiful, clean, and had all the essentials. The staff were friendly and helped with tours and taxis when needed, and the location was perfect—very close to everything. Nothing to complain about.

Great location, nice and eager staff! But you have to pay extra for coffee pods (10 MXN per pod), new toilet‑paper rolls only on request, hot water only turns on when asked, no sense of coziness, no safe, and instead of a warm welcome you get a “penalty catalogue” that charges you if there are stains on towels or sheets—even though you already receive a “dirty” one (see photo). All in all, it’s not worth the price to return.

“Fue como estar en casa”

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful! Everything was very clean and comfortable, but I want to highlight Fátima’s service at reception. She was always attentive, smiling, and ready to help. People like her make a difference. Thank you so much, Fátima!

Fatima and her crew were super friendly and helped out in every way, the room was spotless and felt clean and welcoming, the spot’s great with city views and just a short walk from the zócalo, Centro, markets, and food spots—would definitely recommend to anyone in Oaxaca, and the plunge pool was a nice way to cool down after long walks in the evenings!
