The service was terrible and the place was uncomfortable—refund my money. The washroom had a bucket of brown water that looked very dirty, the bedsheets were dull, the water heater didn’t work, and when I asked, the staff just said everything was used and no one complained; we have photos to support this.

The location is convenient, within walking distance of the center’s Dutch Square. The shared area offers free tea and some snacks. Most importantly, the owner couple were friendly and pleasant. I’d use it again if I ever come to Malacca!

It’s close to the toilet and one of the receptionists was very friendly, but the building is on the 1st floor with steep stairs, no lift, the shower runs slowly, the toilet bowl won’t flush, and it’s not safe for a solo lady traveler.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is located right in the city center, so you can walk to nearby attractions.
