We spent several nights at this wonderful hotel, enjoying a superb location within easy walking distance of four beach clubs and a 10‑15‑minute stroll to the center, with good restaurants, cafés and the Carefure supermarket just steps away; the grounds are incredibly tidy and feature a deep pool. On the downside, the breakfast lacked decent coffee (though the owner treated us to fresh‑squeezed orange juice) and the room cleaning wasn’t great (though it was done daily); still, the price‑to‑value ratio makes those minor flaws easy to overlook, especially thanks to the very attentive and caring manager who helped us with everything in a warm, considerate manner.

The place is small, the staff are friendly, and the food is great 👍🏼. The shower is a bit cramped but acceptable.
The hotel sits in a great spot, is very affordable yet cozy. Manager Mehmet is always ready to help. The rooms have balconies with amazing sea views. The Kulube Hotel beach is nearby, with crystal‑clear water, and you can rent an umbrella and a sun lounger for 300–400 lira. I’ll definitely return.
We had a large, well‑decorated suite (though the bathroom could use a refresh) and the pool/jacuzzi was very enjoyable. The view from our room was slightly obstructed, and the hotel is quite far from the beach and town, so a vehicle is hard to avoid; nothing major. The sheets should be washed, and in‑stay housekeeping was very superficial (we ran out of toilet paper, for example).
