“Ottimo hotel con vista centrale”

We stayed at this gorgeous 4‑star hotel in the heart of Tbilisi, just an 8‑minute drive via Bolt to Freedom Square, and the experience was truly outstanding. The spot is amazing, right in the center, and the city view is spectacular, even during breakfast on the beautiful terrace. Breakfast itself was excellent, offering a good selection of high‑quality items. Our room was spacious, stylish, and well furnished, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring Tbilisi. A special thanks to the hotel manager, who helped us resolve major logistical issues on two separate occasions; her availability, professionalism, and guest‑centric care made a real difference and made us feel welcomed and supported. This is a place we recommend without hesitation to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Tbilisi, in a comfortable setting with a stunning view and attentive service. “Nice hotel”

The room was nicely decorated and cozy, making me feel right at home. Ninni, the boss, was very kind and treated me well. The property is far from tourist sites and I had to walk up a hill to get to the hotel, which was exhausting but not a problem.

“Muy mala experiencia”

I’m very unhappy and angry with the hotel’s management. Clearly the owner has no idea what she’s doing. The problem was this: I booked through Booking and over two months they kept deducting €120 from my card without notice. They did this six times, totaling €720. Why didn’t I unlink the card? Because Booking wouldn’t let me. I was registered in the hotel’s system and couldn’t change anything. I complained several times and the owner said we’d fix it soon. When I arrived, the same thing happened. When I left, she told me the money would arrive in a few days, which it didn’t. I’ve been trying to recover the money for over two months and there’s no attitude, just “I’m checking with the bank”! The worst part is she said this had already happened. So a warning: if you don’t want to lose your money, don’t go there. In Tbilisi there are many options. I also want to point out that Booking has disclaimed responsibility for this issue.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was terrible. We could only go from 9 to 11, but by 10 there was almost no food or drink available, and when we asked they said they couldn’t even give us empty bread. The area is hard to reach and parking is scarce. The rooftop terrace is neglected, dirty, ruined, and under construction.

“Amazing location with a view but poor breakfast”

I love the spot on the higher part of Tbilisi, with a ton of great coffee spots around and a quick walk to the city centre. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the terrace offered an amazing view. Wi‑Fi worked fine. The breakfast, though advertised as superb, was limited to just a few items – sausages, veggies and pancakes. The pancakes were usually great, but one morning we got stale ones that wouldn’t even cut with a knife, which was disappointing. Our room had no window, so the air circulation was poor and the humidity high. We couldn’t dry our towels, so we either had to use them wet or ask for fresh ones every day.
