The location was fine, but when we checked into our room there were no towels; we told the front desk, yet nothing was done.

The staff were nice and the location was good, but our room was dirty—probably not cleaned by the last guest or an employee who might have stayed there. Both beds had dirt or something on them, there were no towels, it smelled bad, the toilet seat was broken, there was ice in the sink, the curtain was broken, and we couldn’t bolt the door. They moved us to another room, which seemed at least touched by housekeeping but still didn’t feel clean. We checked out early instead of staying two nights and found somewhere else the next night.

The front desk people were very nice, but the room was nasty and had to be cleaned after we arrived at 8:30pm because it had not been prepared.
