This place is far from a 4‑star hotel; the bathroom, toilet, and everything else were worn out and rusty, and the hotel gave me false information about the location and the room that was booked for me—booking through their website turned out to be a disappointment, and I cannot recommend it.

“شكرا لكم وللموظفين المحترمين”

It was a nice start to heading to Shfshat, with respectful staff, a supermarket nearby, and a beautiful view. There was a noticeable cigarette smell in the hotel.

“Good”

I stayed for two nights and found the price quite reasonable; the place isn’t fancy or picky, but it was a good stay. The rooms were clean, Wi‑Fi was solid, there was an elevator, and the lobby had filtered water. Breakfast was included and featured cheese, olives, breads, coffee, and tea. I enjoyed a hot shower, a towel, and soap. Check‑in was flexible, so I could arrive early from Batumi, Georgia. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores were close by, and the bus station for onward travel to Kars was nearby. Thanks!

The hotel sits in a good spot near the highway, and free private parking is available right outside. The room offers a nice view, and the terrace where breakfast is served overlooks the sea. The room itself was spacious but dated with old furniture, and the overall cleanliness could be better; cigarette smoke seeped in through the ventilation system. The breakfast selection was a bit disappointing.
