The hotel’s location is perfect, but the breakfast was not great, with limited choices, the room was very small, the water bottle wasn’t replaced during a six‑day stay, the reception staff were not welcoming at all, the Wi‑Fi in the rooms was unreliable, and the value for money was very bad.

Great location, but the room cleaning was poor, everything was very dark, the rooms were tiny, strong food odors lingered in the hallways, and all signs were only in English with no German text.

Go adresse. Dog lidt forvirrende at finde. Super godt personale, og god rengøring. Meget centralt i Berlin

“Schönes Hotel, cozy = klein”

The location is great, the decor is nice, and the beds are good; the windows are well insulated even though they face Friedrichstraße. The Cozy room is really small and cozy—fine for one person, but tight for two each with a suitcase. I’ve noticed this again and again at AMANO hotels: the reception is cool and minimal, with no “how was your arrival?” or similar. It feels more like a detached “Berliner Service.” That would be fine in a low‑budget place, but in a hotel that prides itself on style and quality it comes across as a bit negative.
