The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and having breakfast available is a plus; the housekeeper greeted me brightly, which lifted my mood. I had booked specifically to use the hot spring, but it was out of order when I arrived, which was a big disappointment.

The bath was great! No negatives.

All the staff were polite, which I appreciated. The bath and the drink bar were also helpful. No particular issues.
