I had a terrible experience; nothing was good and everything was bad.

The location was fine, but it wasn't on the sea front. The staff’s English was unclear. At checkout, when I tried to explain that I had left a towel at the swing pool myself, they treated it as theft and took a while to let me leave, which was disrespectful for a guest paying a huge amount for the room.

The staff are friendly, the pool is nice, but the hotel needs refurbishment.

Access is easy, yet the shower pipe has to be closed very tightly.

The area is quiet with three beaches—one good for sunbathing and two better for scenery and photos—and all the services are nearby; the free hotel‑to‑Bengal Road transfer runs every hour both ways until 17:00 and works perfectly.
