The staff at this hotel were extremely unprofessional, and their behaviour ruined what should have been a relaxing vacation.

The rooms were comfortable with a nice view of the pool, and Rubi on staff was very welcoming and polite, which made the stay more pleasant.

The location was definitely the highlight of our stay, within walking distance of the beach and surrounded by some of the best cafés, bars, and clubs in Anjuna/Vagator, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The staff were warm, polite, and always willing to help with any requests, so overall it was a comfortable stay with a great atmosphere. However, housekeeping could definitely be improved; while the room was generally comfortable, the cleaning standards were inconsistent and could have been more thorough, and better attention to detail during daily housekeeping would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
