“Отличный отпуск”

This hotel is excellent; I recommend it to anyone who appreciates coziness and comfort. It was very clean, the grounds were green and well‑maintained, and the breakfasts were hearty and tasty. It sits on a quiet street but still in the center. I especially thank the staff and the Russian‑speaking receptionist who guided us and created a homey atmosphere. There was nothing I disliked.

“Bon emplacement et bon séjour malgré un accueil compliqué”

The hotel is well located in Alaçatı. Parking in front of the property is easy, except on Saturday because of the market. Housekeeping was done daily and breakfast was very generous and tasty. Overall, the stay went well after the first day. The reception on the first day was quite unpleasant. After a 4‑hour flight and 1 hour drive from Izmir airport, I couldn't go straight to my room because the manager insisted I pay the bill, even though the stay had already been paid via Booking. Communication was hard because the manager and her daughter didn't speak English, so we used Google Translate. I had to show several proofs, including the Booking voucher and the withdrawal made from my bank account by Booking, before they would give me the room key.

“Super”

Everything was perfect! The room was very clean, the linens smelled good, and the bathroom was very pleasant. The staff were attentive and it was magnificent. The location is great, right next to the city center of Alacati, everything can be done on foot. The bed was not very comfortable.
