The hotel excels in every way, and I always stay there; the value for money is solid and it has everything I need. There was nothing else to note; the hotel is great and well‑managed.

When we arrived, the bed wasn’t set up with linens as the hotel claims to standardize; the mattress sheet was only loose on top and we had no cover, so we had to ask reception, where they warned of an extra charge. The next day we asked about that fee, which we’d never seen before, and were told the housekeeper was a day‑worker who didn’t know how to set the bed and was indeed missing the sheets; the air‑conditioner also had a broken panel.
