I was in a very central spot, but the steep, rough stairs made moving a lot of gear a real hassle. The room pictures promised a kitchen and a balcony as part of the package, yet when we arrived we were disappointed to find that the high price we paid was for a tiny room with a bed, a small toilet and shower—my partner and I barely fit on the toilet because our legs hit the wall. We ended up paying double because it was a holiday, and it was definitely not worth it. The kitchen was shared, as expected, but it didn’t match what was shown or what I paid for; everything looked better in the photos. We had a clog in the toilet and they blamed us, even though we used it normally like anyone else. We had to spend a whole day outside because it took them hours to respond and even longer to fix it.
