Casa Marana by Le Lido

“Slecht”

The room itself was great and matched the presentation, but the property overall did not live up to the expectations set by the photos and description. We had chosen this place because of the pool, restaurant and nice shared facilities, yet upon arrival the accommodation was completely empty and we could not use any of those amenities. The terms mentioned seasonal closures, but that was not clear enough compared to how the property was shown. We felt misled and the experience was far different from what we imagined. While we understand that off‑season closures happen, this should have been communicated more transparently beforehand. Based on what happened, we would not book here again and advise others to double‑check which facilities are actually available during their stay.

The room was fine, but there was no bath mat.

“Nuit proche aeroport”

The location was close to the airport, the price was attractive, and we mainly wanted to be near the airport; the bedding was good and the place was quiet. The floor in the room was full of sand, not clean, and the trash bin hadn’t been emptied… yet the front‑desk staff didn’t look overwhelmed… they were lying on a lounge chair on the phone… there was a huge difference between the booking photos and reality, and a terrible smell coming from the bathroom (sewage).

“Hab schon besser gewohnt.”

The restaurant and bar were closed all day. Because of the location, you have to travel at least 10 km to find a restaurant. Breakfast was also very sparse, and the pool water was GREEN, so it couldn’t be used.

I cannot recommend staying here at this time because there is no service at all. The nearest localities are 10 km away from the hotel.
