I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, it got off to a rocky start. The room was tiny, and I mean tiny - I've seen bigger closets. To make matters worse, the WiFi wasn't working, and when I asked the staff to help me out, they couldn't even get that right. It was like they were speaking a different language or something. I was expecting a bit more effort from them, especially considering how small the room was.

I was really happy with my stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late. They had a great selection of breakfast options, and the room was spotless. The only downside was the noise from the street outside, but it wasn't too bad. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again.
