“Wonderful stay with excellent location!”

The staff were super helpful and friendly, and we could check in early without even asking. The room was always cleaned immaculate and the facilities matched exactly what was described.

The hotel is surrounded by drugstores, convenience stores, and Seijo Ishii, which is very convenient. The entrance on Aoyama‑dori closes early, and the main entrance is on a slope, making the climb up and down somewhat difficult.

“Clean rooms, great location but don’t eat at the restaurant”

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful during check‑in, but the restaurant’s menu was disappointing; we could have gotten similar food at a Family Mart for a much lower price. The staff seemed inefficient, and we had to ask for water because nobody seemed eager to serve us, perhaps because we requested à la carte instead of a set.
