The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from Plaza San Marco, and the rooms stay quiet even though they're right in the middle of the shopping centre. We had a concierge who spoke Spanish and guided us well; I’d return here. I have nothing negative to add—everyone was very helpful.

The staff were very helpful; when we reported a bathroom issue they tried to fix it and, failing that, moved us quickly. Overall everything was fine.

The location is unbeatable, right behind Plaza San Marcos, and the staff are super friendly. The common areas were just adequate, but that’s understandable given the price; the location more than compensates, letting you stroll all day and then return to sleep.

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The beds were comfortable. It was also in a great location near lots of good restaurants and sights to see. The bathroom had enough space but unfortunately no fan which meant it was difficult to air out as the rain meant we couldn’t open the bathroom window
