The hotel simply wasn’t there. The address you gave me didn’t lead me to any accommodation. We struggled to find the hotel, and when we finally arrived, the staff said they had never registered with Booking. The payment was made and non‑refundable. It was a terrible experience!

The location isn’t far from Jam Gadang, the staff and owners are friendly, the rooms are comfortable with AC, a smart TV, and a balcony on each floor offering a nice smoking and relaxing spot. The rooms and bathrooms are a bit cramped, making movement awkward. Access to floors 2 and 3 is only by stairs, so carrying heavy luggage is difficult. There is no bellboy to help with luggage.
