Located on Cerf Island, L'Habitation Cerf Island features an outdoor pool, garden, and beachfront rooms with some offering a private, equipped terrace and sea views. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, coffee machine, and private bathroom with bath, shower, and hairdryer. The property offers a restaurant serving local and international cuisine, near Saint Anne Beach (2.5 km) and Saint Anne Marine National Park (10-minute boat transfer).

We just spent four nights as a family at L'Habitation Cerf Island and were totally thrilled. The bungalows and rooms are clean, the service is very good, and the beach location with the home reef is great. We snorkeled a lot (firefish, rays, barracuda, moray, etc.), did a hike on the island, and paddled around the island and to a beautiful sandbank three times in kayaks. We’ll come back.

The setting is a very beautiful place, but the only option is to eat at the hotel restaurant, and the prices are excessive.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The hosts are very welcoming and available. Canoe is provided. The environment is very relaxing.

The staff was very helpful and the island is beautiful. During breakfast, there were small bugs in the buffet food. There is no shop on the island; to buy anything you have to go to Eden Island, but the boat must be booked a day in advance and it costs extra. The hotel is on a different island than described, not on Mahe Island. We were forced to eat lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant, where the selection was not very large. You can’t move around the island; everything around the hotel is private. In short, you feel like you’re in Alcatraz. We will never return.

We had a wonderful stay at L’Habitation Hotel, and what made it especially memorable was the warmth and genuine hospitality of the team. A special thank you to Rita, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay meaningful. She had kindly acknowledged that we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and surprised us with a beautiful room featuring a stunning sea-view balcony. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration even more special. We would also like to give a big thank you to Agnita, who was incredibly helpful in planning our next hop to Praslin. She gave us an excellent plan and practical advice that made the transition smooth and enjoyable. The combination of the beautiful setting, comfortable room, and, above all, the exceptional hospitality made our stay at L’Habitation truly unforgettable. Thank you, Rita, Agnita, and the whole team for making our 20th anniversary trip so special. We would happily return and highly recommend L’Habitation Hotel!
