The place is right near the airport and a shopping mall, and getting to the Old Town is easy. The staff were friendly, especially Ali.

The food and the hotel’s location were good, and the staff were pleasant. The elevator was a problem.

“Hughe disappointment - do not recomend to stay here”

Dinner was okay, breakfast was mediocre. The room was dirty and basic maintenance was missing – the so‑called all‑inclusive deal was a joke. During dinner they ran out of beer and kept saying it would be fixed in 10 minutes, but never did. We chose this hotel for its private parking because we were traveling with motorbikes, but they had no private parking and the arrogant Russian‑speaking receptionist wouldn’t let us park in front of the hotel, forcing us to move to an uncomfortable spot behind a corner. Huge disappointment!

The rooftop restaurant offered a beautiful view, tasty and varied food, and a great selection, like a three‑star place; cleaning was daily. The room was nice, but the wallpaper near the air‑conditioner was torn, apparently by Russian tourists, which was the worst part.

Ruuat oli tosi hyviä ja maistuvia. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Huone luvattiin, kun kysyimme ennakkoon klo 12.00 ja saavuimme paikalle silloin. Saimme kuitenkin huoneen vasta klo n.15.00. Henkilökunta kyllä pahoitteli tätä
