I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's stunning architecture, which made it stand out among the other hotels in Dakar. However, my experience was marred by a series of bizarre incidents involving the staff, including having my room's electricity turned off while I was packing and finding a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door without my consent.
