The area is quiet and close to restaurants, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was great, and there was nothing else to note.

I was disappointed that my brother wanted to leave early instead of having breakfast, so we snuck out without saying thanks; we both enjoyed wine on the front porch and a good night’s sleep, but my brother was later scammed when buying what he thought were best‑seat Eric Clapton tickets, which left us a bit down after being led to the venue.

The location was loved and the property looks beautiful, though it could use a bit of maintenance—there were holes on the patio deck and stone weeds—but inside was absolutely beautiful; breakfast was very simple for the price—crusty pancakes, eggs, sausage, and two slices of orange, though the eggs were fresh from the chickens outside and everything was served hot; we stayed on the third floor, so keep in mind there's no elevator and it’s not ADA compliant, making lifting luggage up there a real hassle.

“Loved it and would recommend it highly.”

I loved the building and the location; the backyard was amazing, but it was a little overpriced and some areas of the wraparound deck need repair, and the front landscaping needs attention.
