We arrived in the evening and found nobody at the front desk; they had left our key on the table. When we entered our room, someone first turned the doorknob, then rang the bell and demanded our passport. I told the person that the beds had hair on them, the bathroom tiles were hair‑covered, and the toilet was filthy; he replied that he was just security and we had to stay on our clothes. Breakfast was not opened at the scheduled time in the morning, and there was only one staff member in the hotel. We gathered our luggage, left the hotel, and went home.
