Elegant rooms have flat-screen TVs, private bathrooms, and lake or city views. A fitness centre, meeting rooms, and 24-hour front desk are available. Taiping Night Safari and Lake Garden are a 15-minute walk away.

The location was good, but customer service could improve; I had to double‑confirm whether a room already had an extra bed as requested in advance, and when it turned out there was none, I had to resend the request.

I loved the location and the hotel’s cleanliness and comfort, and it’s also very eco‑friendly. The staff were friendly but not very professional and could use more training—for instance, on the last day of our stay the checkout time was 1230, yet at 1030 a housekeeping guy opened our door without knocking and said he thought we were checking out; he apologized but it felt odd. I ordered and paid for a cup of Milo, but it took ages to arrive. A few examples to make the place better.

Hotel room is clean. Qeueu up for check in at 3.00pm,received 1st room key at 4.40pm,received 2nd room key at 5.40pm.Wasted our time and spoiled our holiday mood
