Taro's House Kamakura Hase

The beach is just a short walk from the sea bathing area! However, a cockroach appeared the first night, and we had to kill three of them; the wife and family were in a big commotion. Cleaning was mediocre, and the TV didn’t work.

“Pas terrible”

I stayed in a pretty old house that wasn’t very clean, and our reservation was cancelled just one day before arrival, but the host offered us another place to stay. The beds, however, were far too hard for my liking.

If you’re traveling with family or a large group, this place works well because the bedrooms are very spacious. Be careful around the neighbors, especially the older gentleman in the first house who is extremely picky. The facilities at the property have deteriorated quite a bit, particularly around the entrance—watch the area above on the left.

“場所最高。”

The location was great: close to the station, close to the sea, very convenient. The staff were friendly and explained the parking situation, even pointing out cheaper options. The price was good, so I couldn’t complain, but the sofa and chairs were a bit old and uncomfortable, and I wish the cleaning had covered more detail.
