I was really looking forward to a relaxing morning at this hotel, but things didn't quite go as planned. I'd booked a room for 8 am, but when I arrived, I was told it wouldn't be ready until 12 pm - that's a pretty big gap. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and apologetic, which helped soften the blow. However, the delay meant I had to spend a few extra hours wandering around the city before I could even get to my room.

The location of this hotel is perfect - it's right on the National Highway, making it super convenient for travelers. However, my stay was marred by a few issues. The room I was given was under renovation, which wasn't exactly what I was expecting when I booked. To make matters worse, the room wasn't even clean - the floor was sticky and it looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a while.

“Worst experience”

I'm really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The lack of basic amenities like a working toilet seat and a reliable power backup system was a major issue. The absence of a generator meant we were left in the dark during a power outage, which was frustrating. On the plus side, the washroom was clean, but it's hard to overlook the other problems. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, and I'd suggest exploring other options if you're looking for a hassle-free stay.
