“AWFUL”

It was quiet. I had ants everywhere in my suite from the moment I arrived. I asked for a new suite, but it took them 2 days after I complained to the reception manager, who tried to blame me. The food was mediocre for a 5‑star resort, with no napkins, no teaspoon, no toothpicks, and the coffee machine was mostly broken; you had to queue online for 20 minutes just to get a cup. There was no entertainment except a tiny cinema that played the same movie. The room had no minibar, and most restaurants were closed.

Kids’ services, cleanliness, friendly staff, and entertainment were all excellent.

The location and overall organization were good. We found our private‑pool room stunning. The common‑area control wasn’t quick enough for the property’s quality, since many people fed the resident cats (which was cute) and left cups and food that weren’t removed in a timely way.

“Hôtel magnifique !”

The hotel was stunning, with a luxurious room, delicious meals, perfect staff, gorgeous pools, and even an outdoor cinema at night. The only minor issue was that the pool closes at 18h.

“Basic needs not met within the suite”

The grounds and facilities were well maintained. Unfortunately, our AC failed right after arrival, so we spent the night with our children in a suite that reached 30 °C. We asked for help, but the manager was nowhere to be found and the only update was that an AC technician had been contacted, with no timeline given. We repeatedly asked for a deadline so we could decide whether to move. The next day the manager visited, we voiced our frustration, and we requested a refund for the night. He agreed, but the refund was later withdrawn. The service needs more attention to detail, especially when resolving comfort and safety issues for young children prone to overheating.
