“Nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié”

Not much to say, just the location. We booked a PMR room but were not informed beforehand. There was no option to change rooms after calling reception. The room had a strong unpleasant odor. The soundproofing was nonexistent – we heard everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway, and the hallway light shone into the room all night. Cleanliness was lacking… The hotel does not live up to its star rating. The value for money fell far short of our expectations, so we cannot recommend it. In response to the hotel’s comment: we presented our reservation to the receptionist, who confirmed that we had not been notified of this situation and that the PMR tag was not on our booking. He explained that our reservation was probably made at the same time as another guest’s, and since the hotel was full that evening, this room was automatically assigned to us due to lack of availability. We reiterate that this issue was not caused by us but by a problem we were not informed about beforehand, and the hotel has entirely avoided responsibility, just as in your reply…

The beds are super comfortable, and the location is excellent. No specific complaints.

“Superb hotel with staff and facilities to match.”

The hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay in. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the room upgrade was especially welcomed. We travelled with our two Labrador retrievers and the hotel is certainly pet friendly. Excellent location, 50% reduction on car parking and excellent valus for money. Very highly recommended. “Good base in the heart of Toulouse”

Good location in the heart of Toulouse Spacious rooms Hard to get Ubers there sometimes. Poorly restocked breakfast (yogurt and fruit salad always finished when I got there)
