The remote control for the TV had a weak battery, so I had to keep recharging it. Other than that, everything was fine.

The location was great – quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated. When we arrived the place was clean, ready, and well‑equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, towels were available, and overall we didn't miss anything. A big plus was the outdoor kitchen where we could pour our own beer and grill, which we used a lot. That part of the stay was solid. But the photos looked better than reality – some areas were worn out.

The apartment was great – spacious and well‑equipped, and we even made a Plzeň spritz. But the manager, Mr. Brabec, was a nightmare. The drains were clogged right from the start – the shower was dirty, the door lock was chipped, and we had to take photos. In the evening we couldn't shower because water didn't drain and leaked back. It was annoying, but worse was Mr. Brabec's indifference.

The place has a good location, a big shared kitchen and garden, and you can pour your own beer or grab pizza or a drink at the pub – that was great. But we were here for the third time and the whole setup is falling apart because of water damage. The table football was ruined, the beer ran out, and the manager was nowhere to be found all day. The pool was scorching hot – it was almost impossible to stay in. It's in a greenhouse, so when the sun is out it's too hot.
