I would have preferred the first or second floor for the next booking because of the noise issues; otherwise, everything else was perfect—I love it 🥰🥰😜😜💥💥. I appreciated everything, especially when the secretary and the management took my call ☎️ to arrange a solution for the minor incident during my contract at the hotel.

Nothing. The place was dirty, lacked towels, had broken equipment, no beds, questionable location, and overall cleanliness (room, linens) was unacceptable. I do not recommend it.

I was very disappointed. The AC didn’t work in my room, another room’s sheets hadn’t been changed upon arrival, the sink was clogged, and towels were missing. We called several times to report these issues, but no one ever came. This level of service is unacceptable for a property of this caliber; avoid it—it doesn’t deserve its reputation.
