Garden Creek Residency Mumbai

The hotel’s location is great, and I’m a regular at Garden Creek. However, the room I stayed in had a hole in the roof, and water sometimes dripped from it. Rodents were also seen on the roof, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable.

The rooms were a mess, not a speck of cleanliness to be seen. And get this - they charged us for a water bottle, which seems like a basic amenity to me. To make matters worse, the hot water was non-existent and the noise from other guests went on all night with no one doing anything about it.

This place takes the cake for the worst hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment we walked into the reception to the room itself, everything was just plain bad. No redeeming qualities whatsoever.

“Good”

Honestly, everything about this hotel was just. good. Not great, not terrible, just good. I guess if you're looking for something that won't blow your mind but won't disappoint either, this might be the place.

The location can't be beat, being so close to the airport and all. However, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired and we were kept up all night by people traipsing outside our door.
