The location is great and the staff are quick to respond and helpful; the property feels unique and could become a Lake Tahoe gem with a few updates. The facilities feel old and worn, and the shower floor collects water that doesn’t drain.

The room was comfortable, the heated pool and jacuzzi were clean.

The spot is excellent; the room overlooked Lake Tahoe and we could step downstairs and hit the beach in minutes. It was clean and cozy, and I’m already looking forward to another visit to Lake Tahoe and staying at the Crown Motel. The only downside was that the front‑desk staff were not present, so we waited at least 10 minutes outside to check in.
