“Castello incantato ma pochi servizi”

The castle is beautiful, carefully and lovingly renovated, with a wonderful location. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The owners are very kind. I expected a level of service, hospitality, and cleanliness suitable for the setting. Our four‑person room had two beds in the tower, and the floor of that room was full of dead bees. Very few amenities were available for guests.

“Schlafen wie ein König”

We didn’t order breakfast, so the castle lord had to do the shopping early in the morning – we were too busy to bother. The whole estate is a powerhouse of history, beautifully restored and preserved. We stayed in a large room with two areas, one of which was a round tower room with two beds. It’s really cool to sleep here. Be sure to take your time exploring the entire house; you can almost walk over the hall and find a chapel with gorgeous wall paintings.

We had a wonderful stay here! The property is absolutely beautiful and has such a unique and charming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, warm and welcoming. We truly felt taken care of throughout our stay. The surroundings are stunning, the place is full of character, and it was such a peaceful and memorable experience. We are very happy we chose to stay here and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

“Individuelle Lage abseits ausgetretener Pfade.”

Very individual hotel with a view over the lake. Historic house with an interesting history. There is a lot to explore. Nice couple running the hotel. Worth it.
