The setting is quite nice, with a lake behind the hotel and a natural environment full of wildlife; I would recommend this place. We stayed as two adults and one child, but the child’s bed had no pillow or duvet, and they asked for an extra fee, which I think hurts customer satisfaction.

The facilities were truly lovely, and I was a bit nervous after reading the app reviews, but nothing happened. Everything went well. The bed was huge and personally very comfortable; there was no pool schedule, so we could swim and enjoy it at night, which we appreciated a lot. The animals are close to the pool and are adorable.

The room was large, quiet, well‑arranged, with a nice area and friendly staff. The location is a bit outside the city where more activity happens.

The reception staff were indifferent to customers, chatting among themselves and speaking poorly, especially the skinny male employee wearing glasses.
