Very friendly staff, very helpful and was just what we needed for the night. The room was nice. The only suggestion I would say is offer a kettle and cups in the room. The stairs were very steep for as a person with mobility issues so going to the communal kitchen downstairs was a bit of a problem. But other than that, it was a very pleasant experience

The facility was good but could have been better with a workstation. Staff can do with training on customer care - unattended Reception and security/caretaker unfriendly
The toilet is right beside the bed no privacy when traveling with someone

It was such a disappointment for my family a I to stay at this guest house. I witnessed activities that is inappropriate for children and it was an insult to my family and I to witness such horrible activities. The kitchen is not suitable for cooking at it’s not neat at all. Lots of cockroaches. The house in general needs an upgrade as the rooms have an unpleasant smell. It was too noisy as I was awakened at 03h00am and other nights and mornings with horrible noises coming from the office at 05h00am. Nioses coming from right next to what should be a family room. I will definitely not recommend this for anyone. There is no receptionist and the service ends at 21h00 and not 24hrs like advertised
