“除上述之外 其他都還可以”
The location was good, but the air‑conditioning never adjusted temperature despite two engineer visits, and they offered no room change; it stayed cold at night, dropping to about 19 °C.

People don’t go to Kunshan for vacation, but for work this Crowne Plaza is well positioned, next to a nice shopping mall, making it convenient. Breakfast was fine, but the internet is as bad as usual in China (not just because of the Great Firewall).

Our experience at this hotel was overwhelmingly positive, with a clean and spacious room, exceptional service, and a wide range of amenities. The attached mall was a convenient and enjoyable addition to our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel.
