“Satisfactory old place”
The hotel sits in a solid central spot and checking in late was fine; the owner laid out the rules clearly. The building feels old and rundown, so it needs fixing soon, and I never saw the owner. The deposit request was confusing and made me uneasy.
“Nice location, messy stay”
The spot was great, but the reception lady was a bit chatty – we just wanted to check in. The apartment wasn't clean, dust on the furniture, and the shower and toilet were cramped in a tiny one-room space. On top of that, there were cockroaches in the hallway and bathroom.
“Central and convenient”
Very close to the city center – metro, shop, bakery all within walking distance. We walked to the metro in just a minute.

The location was great and the bed linen was clean. A very polite lady welcomed us and got us settled. The bathroom was tidy, and for the price it was worth it. There were no mosquito nets in the room we stayed in. The building needs renovation because the façade was crumbling, and there was something like a cockroach. A bit more cleaning would help.
