“We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was overall and good value for money.”

The location is unbeatable, right on the main street opposite the thermal pools and next to a range of restaurants, and the room was very quiet; the communal lounge was beautiful with an open fire, and the communal kitchen was clean and well equipped.

“Super customer service and loveley rooms.”

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the hotel sits right across the road from the hot pools and next door to the best Thai and morning coffee.

“Exceptional.”

Having a kitchen and dining area for all guests is an excellent idea, reducing clutter in rooms, and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, spacious and comfortable; the adjacent relaxation area with a roaring fire, TV and luxurious seating was a special bonus, but there is no lift, so carrying heavy luggage upstairs was a challenge for me and likely for other elderly guests.
