It felt like a real cave stay! The bed was comfortable, the shower was fantastic, but watch out for the steps down to the bathroom—they could be a bit risky. The staff were wonderful and breakfast was excellent. Nothing else to note.

The receptionist/ breakfast staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully finished. You’re just at the beginning of the Sassi, which makes the accommodation easy to find. Highly recommended!

Everything was great: the girl’s kindness, everything was super easy, she gave us many recommendations, the breakfast was fantastic except the coffee, which was a bit over-roasted. The hotel’s charm is lovely, the cleanliness is very good, and the location is fantastic. Nothing else to add.

The apartment in Sassi had a fantastic location and the room was large and wonderful. Communication with staff was excellent. Breakfast was a delight every morning.
