The owners are charming, and the location is great.

The atmosphere feels like family, parking is inside the hotel, and it’s well positioned for the Ottoman district and tram lines 3/11. The tiny covered terrace is perfect for tea. However, it gets very noisy at night, the soundproofing is lacking both inside the rooms and at the windows, and while the breakfast is varied it could be higher quality.

The spot right on the edge of the old town is very convenient, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is varied. On the downside, the rooms are very small, the drains smell, and some lights are broken.
