The staff were fantastic and the pool was really good, though there was construction next to it, which isn’t the hotel’s fault.

“Clean and comfortable stay but nothing exceeded expectations”

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was solid, and the cocktail bar with a view of the Canton Tower was great, but it didn’t feel worth the money; we found better value staying a week at Vooc and another week at Kempinski.

“Buen hotel pero el personal algo impertinente”

El hotel está muy nuevo y es muy bonito, el roof top es perfecto para terminar el día con vistas a la torre de Guangzhou. Al llegar antes de la hora de check‑in, pagamos por el early check‑in pero no nos dieron la habitación que habíamos reservado, sino una mucho peor que no nos gustó; luego tuvimos que cambiarnos de nuevo a la que realmente habíamos reservado, lo cual fue bastante engorroso después de un vuelo largo.

“Great location that is walking distance to attractions. Beautifully appointed Hotel.”

The staff were friendly and gave good advice on what to see, and the little transport cars to the gate were fun and appreciated in the heat. The breakfast selection was good, but as a gluten‑free guest the options were limited.
