EQ Kuala Lumpur

“Excellent”

The staff offered great service, were very prompt and friendly, and the room had a stunning view. A few amenities were a bit off but were fixed after reporting; the entertainment unit was not great, with no Netflix and no YouTube 😟.

The place was beyond what I expected, with service that seemed unreal, immaculate cleanliness, great views and attentive care; I’ll book it again on every trip and thank my lucky stars for having reserved there.

The breakfast was good, but the hotel is overrated and the location is disappointing.

“An excellent stay would very much recommend, the service was welcoming and excellent, room amazing.”

The EQ surpassed our expectations, the location was great, the room offered panoramic views, the food and facilities were amazing, and the service was excellent; we can’t see any real areas for improvement. The only downside was that there could have been more loungers in the pool area.

The building was spotless, the service flawless, the rooms were well kept, and the location was good. Nothing negative.
