The location was ideal for visiting the main attractions of Naples’ historic centre. I appreciate the cleanliness, which was very well maintained. The host was available to accommodate check‑in and check‑out needs. Breakfast was served at a great local bar, with a coupon sent by the host. The room was truly cramped, as were the bathroom sink dimensions. Night‑time noises from nearby venues could disturb sleep. I would improve a few interior details, such as the self‑check‑in keypad door and the handle that literally slipped from our hand. The value for money and location were not aligned.

“Bien mais aurait pu être meilleure.”

The room itself was great, no issues, and it was clean before I arrived. The overall insulation (windows/walls) was lacking; the Spanish quarter is lively, with music every night until 3/4 am. Breakfast was included, yet I received no instructions from the manager, so I didn’t use it. Apparently a cleaning lady passed by daily, but not for me. The air‑conditioning worked well until it broke; I spent my last night without AC at 30 °C, turning the room into a real oven. I’m disappointed with the communication: I was only shown via WhatsApp how to enter the apartment, which helped, but nothing else. I expected a reception downstairs, but everything was online. I was asked to leave the tourist tax at 23 h the day before departure in cash at 6 h, which I obviously couldn’t.

“Een aanrader”

Good location and a clean apartment. Definitely recommended. The apartment was smaller than expected; we couldn’t even lay our two suitcases properly. Also the TV didn’t work.

The spot’s perfect for a city center stay, right in the Spanish Quarter on Via Toledo, just a short walk from Line 1 of the metro.
