I liked the location, but there was no tea or coffee maker, just one bathroom mirror and no vanity in the bedroom. The bed frame felt a bit awkward when getting in and out. I didn't notice a main reception desk, so I only met the friendly cleaner.

“Tolles Hotel - ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt”

The hotel is great right on the North‑East Sea Canal. The property is beautiful with a lovely garden. My room was tastefully furnished, everything was clean and the décor was great. I could store my bike safely. I liked everything.

“Sehr schöne Übernachtung in traumhafter Lage am Kanal”

The house lives up to its promise of a dreamy spot on the NOK. The tiny double room is tastefully decorated with many antique touches. The bathroom is nice. Despite the street location, it’s exceptionally quiet at night. Our bikes were safely stored. The restaurant sits in a bright winter garden with a great view. Mid‑week menus are heavily trimmed, more meat than vegetarian, but our dishes were tasty, generous, and good quality. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. The view of the parking lot was expected. Breakfast was served at the table and felt “counted”. There was only two melon slices and no fruit, plus no yogurt, quark, or cereals; cream cheese was brought on request. I understand the aim to avoid food waste, but they should have asked beforehand if a vegetarian option was desired. We didn’t eat any of the sausage varieties.
