I keep coming back because it’s close to the golf course and the rooms are so comfortable. I’d just love to see the breakfast include some healthy bread and brewed coffee, otherwise everything’s fine.

“Worst hotel I have been at in two years of constant travel, I will not be back to a Wyndham property”

The only bright spot was that a few of the girls who served breakfast, along with the security team, were genuinely sweet and nice. We had to pay to use the pool, which isn’t on site, and the hotel’s photos with a pool are completely misleading. They claim kids stay for free, yet the children didn’t get free breakfast. We were charged an extra 1000 pesos per day for a different room when we told them we couldn’t stay in the room they assigned because of the extreme street noise. They said the charge was for the second bed, which was made up from two single beds with a big seam/ridge down the middle, very uncomfortable. The hotel was in a poor state of repair and very outdated; the areas along the walls of the eating area lobby were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned for weeks or months. The food at breakfast was the cheapest junk they could buy; only the eggs and watermelon seemed reasonably safe, and half the eggs were undercooked. They told us that if we lost the plastic key card it would cost us 500 pesos. The two rooms we booked had instant‑coffee packages but no way to make coffee; one room had a microwave, the other did not. There was also some gel on the shower wall that was not identified.

We often stay here because it’s close to the golf course, and I don’t have anything I don’t like.

I fell in love with this hotel's cozy atmosphere, from the pleasant scent in the lobby to the comfortable rooms that made me feel right at home. We ended up extending our stay because everything was just so inviting, but I was a bit disappointed to find out that they didn't have a swimming pool.

“Hotel close to Eagle Ridge Golf & Country Club”

We've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice this year, and we're always impressed by its proximity to the Eagle Ridge Golf course. The rooms and hotel itself have been nicely renovated, and the staff is incredibly accommodating, even offering early breakfast packing for us. However, we did find that the sounds from outside and the hotel hallway could be a bit distracting.
