Bracken Hide Hotel

“Was een leuk verblijf, maar voel me afgezet in prijs.”

The location and view were great, but the loose toilet tap, loose toilet paper holder, and the two separate complaints that were promised to be fixed yet never were, were annoying. The bathroom was finished with cheap material (plastic walls and side panels on the floor). There was no bright lighting at the parking lot. The staff were indifferent and uninterested. Overall, a nice place with a beautiful view but far too expensive for what is offered.

The views were fantastic, the room design was loved, and it felt like a special place to stay when it rained. Breakfast was good and the beds were super comfortable.

“Wonderful staff, location and restaurant”

The property is beautiful and located in a stunning area with breathtaking views, but some rooms require a significant uphill hike to reach. After days of travel, hiking, and walking, it would be nice not to have to climb up multiple times just to get to your room. It’s not a major issue, just a helpful suggestion.

“Lovely”

The restaurant and bar were fantastic, but for the price and quality of the rest of the hotel, it felt lacking; they could have put umbrellas in the rooms and more drying space for wet weather.

“Initially we were skeptical about staying in a non traditional hotel, but once we were introduced by reception we loved”

The rooms are unique, the views are incredible, the walk to town is perfect, and I enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on site.
