Big improvement since last year. The reception was much more welcoming and check in was much easier. The lady behind the counter was pleasant, efficient and helpful. Don’t expect International standards so you won’t be disappointed. The cleanliness was much better this year and the housekeeping staff appear to be doing a very good job. The unrestricted smoking lets this property down.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. There were no staff on check in when we arrived. Breakfast was supposed to be included but was not provided. Staff were generally hostile and unhelpful. We could not work the washing machines and frankly for a hotel like this there should be a laundry service. The dryer didn't work. They woke us up at 11pm to pay because they couldn't be bothered to man reception despite claiming a 24hr reception.
